There's a lot of Confusion when walking into the store There will be people ahead of us And we don't know who's next So by putting in a number machine will eliminate the problem!

The wait time was horrible. There wasn’t enough staff to help people and I went on a Monday night when there wouldn’t be so many people

Associate didn't know who was next to be helped and another customer decided she was next. I didn't want to argue so I let her go before me. There should be a number ticket to grab for whose next in line or a sign up clipboard or iPad to sign into so ypu avoid customers arguing.

Having to wait outside for an associate when only 2 customers are in the store is a little ridiculous. There's no chance of just browsing and taking in all the options. Then you feel rushed to hurry out because others are waiting to come in and shop.

Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience. At this particular location, there were only two employees working at the time at a particularly busy location. Besides that, everyone was friendly and relatively fast with assisting me.

We were rushed by the man we were working with. But he did direct me to the internet to finish my purchase. I will return because I enjoy the store

I understand about keeping everyone safe, some of the reasoning was very irritating. My mother who I was accompanying, doesn't speak English & needed me to translate what she wanted to the sales associate. Once we arrived at the store the front door employee advise us we couldn't go in together, because of safety precautions. I advise her that unfortunately my mother wasn't unable to speak fluently in English if she had someone at the store that spoke Spanish, to what she responded no. I explained to my mother what I was advise, but she got upset and wanted to leave, as she felt unappreciated. Again I explained to the door employee that if we couldn't enter the store together more than likely they were going to loose a sale, that I would like to see if there is anything else she could do. After 10-15 mins back and forth, we were allowed on the store and spend close to $300.00. I know it's not much, but we are costumers and the little we can contribute is what keeps your business going. I wanted to raise awareness of the situation and as for more sympathy for our senior hispanic citizens, they could feel belittle.
