Pandora Jewelry

I wasn’t highly satisfied only because I was only able to purchase 1 of the 3 things I was looking for, and the other items aren’t available in my size online for me to purchase either.

Would like to have seen more options for add on's for the type of braclet I have. Some were pretty spendy! Other then that, all was good!

I was a new customer and the sales clerk made me feel like I was taking too long. She was more helpful towards the end but didn’t offer much help at the beginning of my visit -

Store was very clean and associate were very nice. The store was very busy and it took a while for an associate to say hello.

I went in to purchase some clips for my bracelet and I was disappointed with the selection. I find that Jared jewelers has more variety. I wish Pandora made more charms pertaining to hobbies , plants and animals.

I feel like my first visit to Pandora could’ve been better. The sales associates were nice and all but I felt a bit rushed out of my visit. I had never purchased anything from the store before so I was excited to buy myself a nice ring.

Store was understaffed for the holidays.

When I first arrived to ask to have my bracelet cleaned, I was told that not all my charms on my bracelet were Pandora (which they are) The girl took my bracelet to another associate to have it inspected. I was pretty embarrassed. I have spent quite a bit of money on my bracelet over the years myself and some have been gifts, but all have been purchased at Pandora. Obviously, some charms are retired, and the other girl verified that I guess the girl was new, but she didn't apologize, I told them I knew that if I put any charms on my bracelet that weren't Pandora that it would void my warranty. I have taken good care of my bracelet, I just wanted to get it cleaned and purchase another charm for it. I have a charm on my bracelet and two clips that I just don't love, I purchased them before I got pregnant with my son, and I couldn't find the receipt. I wanted to see if I could make an exchange. My pregnancy was almost entirely bed rest and I have finally lost enough weight to wear my bracelet again.

Service was great and all my needs were met
