There were sales associates standing together not helping customers. When I entered the store I was told someone would be with me shortly. I waited at least 15-20 minutes before anyone asked me if they could help me. The store’s A/C had been out and it was extremely hot in there.

I was not satisfied that I was given confusing information and in the end didn't even get the size of bracelet I was needing. The associates in the store seemed to feel they were better than I was and acted like I was just another customer.

I was satisfied with my experience overall. I just wish there would have been a bigger selection of charms on sale this past weekend.

The ladies were very were somewhat customerfriendly not alot.

The first person helping me wasn’t very friendly so I left and came back when she was busy so someone else could help me.

The wait time was very long. I thought there were only two associates so I was patient. Come to find out that there were more associates the back and they just waited 20 mins to grab assistance for me.

Availability of merchandise was lacking

The sales person did not offer help and even I ask a question about a product she waited and than answer :/

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience.
