I was wanting 2 August birthstone charms. The store was completely out. I did get the other birthstones that I wanted. I have seven grands and now I have 6 of their birthstones.

I feel the sales reps were more concerned with getting the sales over with and to move on to the next customer. It felt like there was a competition going on; the customer before me spent over $500 and there was a high five that happened right in front of me while I was waiting to pay.

It’s either the one that I like with just exact price is not available and the others are just extremely expensive that sometimes is not practical to buy anymore and not affordable for your budget

I came in with a rose gold chain I had recently purchased at Pandora. I wanted to return it because it was knotted. The saleclerk called the manager over. She would not let me return it because she said i must have "just threw it in a box" and this was "misuse of merchandise". I told her I had done nothing wrong and I did not have trouble with my other chains knotting. She insisted all chains will knot if you don't store them closed. She did get out the knots, but I did not appreciate her attitude. I take care of my jewelry and all my chains have their own compartment in my jewelry box. After she got the knots out I asked about a charm. She called the clerk over to help me with that. The clerk was very polite, I have no problem with her. I bought the charm and put it on the chain. When I got home I closed the chain as soon as I took it off. It still knotted. Fortunately I was able to get it out.

The employee was great. Went in to do a return and manager acted like I could only exchange which there is no where on receipt that you can’t get your money back after saying that she did give the money back very bad customer service on my end that’s one reason I mite not buy from there no more if you can’t get your money back on something you changed your mind on..

The charm I wanted to purchase was the display so it was not shiny. The associate offered to polish with a rag. After polishing the charm it looked the same. Did not give us the option to clean it with machine until we asked. Said it would take a long time about 30 minutes and we said that was fine. She went to the back to put charm in machine. We asked if we should come back and she said no because it was a quick process even though she first said it would take a long time. While we were waiting another young lady asked what we were looking for and we told her we were waiting for a charm to be clean so we can buy it. Then she said there were new charms in the back like the one we were waiting for. So the 1st girl that helped made us wait about 30mins when we could have been out of the store in 5mins.

There were not enough employees to accommodate for the amount for customers. I watched as a couple impatiently wait then left before being helped. The worker was nice enough but was either distracted or overwhelmed because she seemed to be looking elsewhere and not making a lot of eye contact. Only after actually making a purchase did she smile, make eye contact and say her goodbyes.

Sales Associate wasn’t very friendly or as Helpful as far as my Experience at the other store I shopped at ...long story short I’ve had way better customer service

Staff seemed only focused on making sales not guest. Greeted me with a “what are you looking for” statement, not a “hi how are you”. Statement. Made me feel like I was just a purchase not a person.
