Lack of interest of associates to attend customers.

I had a Christmas that was a duplicate and I wanted to exchange it for a different one. I did not have the receipt as it was a gift. The giver emailed me the receipt and I returned the same day to the store. In stead of taking it off my purchase, they gave me a gift card and I just spent $150 that I wanted it credited to.

I was not very satisfied because the Knowledge of the women was not very good and I personally felt pressed.

Hello, I felt like I was looked over as a customer- I asked Elizabeth to direct to the charms, since it was my first time in the store, she handed me a very used mini catalog. I did not even bother looking at, and thought why would she hand me this? She kept sighing as I asked about the charm (made me feel like I was bothering her). Once I found the perfect one, I also asked for a polishing cloth, I waited for the total- she grabbed the money from my hand and when she came back I was going to ask her to show me two bracelets, she decided for me that my time with her was over with. I would of spent more money in the store, with her attitude and unpleasantness I was ready to leave. I will be back in the store, hopefully you can retrain Elizabeth and tell her everyone that enters that store should be made to feel important, not a burden.

Absolutely nothing to do with the sales associate so if this goes against them . Shame on big company placing blame on employees. Your return policy is awful if you purchase in another country. I have to now call customer service to return an item I bought in Ireland on vacation. Unacceptable

There was very little merchandise in store. The associate rushed me. And one of the two items I purchased is defective so I have to go back. The associate really didn’t try and show me anything only what I went in to ask for. No options, just rang me up and sent me on my way.

The person who helped me was not kind in the slightest. Seemed like she wasn’t excited to be there which I understand but we left the first time and she said nothing, we said thank you and we received nothing. It was until we bought something that she was slightly nicer.

I was very disappointed with the customer service experience I received coming into the Pandora store. I entered the store with my daughter to purchase an item and there was only 1 sales associate helping some customers. There were 2 other couples in the site waiting as well. We left the store after 15 min of NO acknowledgement hoping to return and being able to be served. After we returned 30 min later, there were now 3 associates working on the floor, 1 associate helping customers and the other 2 went to the back leaving the other 1 to finish with the customers. Then we waited still for another 25 min before 1 of the associates returned from the back. Still never acknowledged of our presence, even by the one associate that was helping the customer in the store nor was there even an apology or sense of urgency by any employee to assist us. Again very disappointed In the service provided, and if it wasn’t for my daughters birthday and her really wanting the ring she had her heart set on, I would have taken my business elsewhere or went to another Pandora location. The management in this store really needs to step up and train better on the service level.

I waited in line to get into the store. Employees working but not helping customers. When I got helped I felt like we were inconveniencing sales person. I knew what I wanted when I went in, but felt rushed by sales person. Wanted to look at more, but felt like my sale wasn’t important to sales person. Overall left feeling I should have gone to the Hallmark store who is always happy to help. Also lots of merchandise was tarnished and didn’t want to buy it looking that way. I understand they were busy and it was a couple of days after Mother’s Day, but I was not returning or exchanging merchandise. I was making a new purchase. It isn’t the first time I have felt like I am inconveniencing the people there and leave with the feeling that I should have gone somewhere else or bought it online. The product is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Like I said, I wanted to buy more, but I felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience.
