Waited in line for 40 mins to go in the store. Waited another 20 mins to be recognized. Pandora did not have the free bracelet as advertised. I felt very rushed and it was not a good experience

I told the associate I wanted a charm for daughter's birthday. The associate walked to a case with no charm. Then argued with me about birthstone colors she gave me an August instead of May birthstone. I'm very disappointed at the associate knowledge

I came to buy a present and I was expecting them to wrap the earrings that I bought as they usually do but they didn't have tissue so the associate just put it inside a bag and when I asked for the tissue she told me to go ask another store to get some, I told her that I wasn't going to do that and that she needed to tell her manager, she said it was their problem that corporate needed to send it

Rep very pushy and in rushing me while I was I’m putting my email address on tablet no customer service skills what so ever.store was very bare not at all decorated very gloomy

When I went in the store 2 associates were sorting jewelry and never looked up at me but did say hello.I had to say I wanted to purchase a bracelet then I got ..oh ok and was taken to counter where they were. I asked about collegiate charms and the girl gave me a Tucson, New York and some other charm. I explained what they were and she was still clueless. I just said never mind. At end of transaction she asked if I wanted an email receipt or a printed copy. I said email, and got a printed copy. I even asked if she found my email address on my profile and she said yes. I won't shop there again for 2 reasons, 1 I'm from Pensacola Fl and was there for a funeral.. 2 the service.

The associate was rude. She was by herself and seem to be in a hurry she told me to step aside and keep looking on my own while SHE HELPED THE PERSON WHO WAS WAITING AFTER ME. Did not give me what I wanted and luckily another associate started her shift and helped me because the first one completely forgot about me. The items I purchased I saw on an display by coincidence because the didn’t show me what I wanted. Really bad experience.

I was purchasing 4 items for a friend to give as Christmas presents. I item was out of stock, and they called the other store and they had it but would not hold it for me. Now it is gone. there was a 25% off sale, but was told that you have to have a total of $150 after the 25% was taken off. I have never heard of a sale like that..... then it should of been a sale on $200....or something. The sales lady kept having to try to figure if the amount was met to quality. Then I was told that if I wanted to exchange anything all items form this purchase had to be brought in to exchange one of the items. These are gifts to 4 people so you have to tell everyone to send back their gift so I can exchange one of them?!?! Stupid. Pandora is great quality but also priced accordingly. You would think that customer service would be better.

It was like pulling teeth getting the girl to show me anything. I felt I knew more about the charms available than she did and kept having to suggest items when she would say "oh ya, that would be ok". I asked for purple beads and she showed me 4 and said that was what she had available. I will not return to this store. It was very a unsatisfying experience for the money I spent!! I have been to many other Pandora stores and have never been treated so poorly like it was a total inconvenience to the clerk for me to be there buying something.

the wrapping, it is unpleasant to buy something and they give it to you wrapped in paper. It is a jewel... of "prestige". It's a shame to arrive with a gift like this, with my loved one. I lost the charm, since they only wrapped it in a piece of paper.
