The sales associate look like you were inconveniencing her. Cudtomer service is not like it used to be. One of the rings that I was going to purchase was bent and I asked to get a discounted, associate said no because you knew you were buying the ring bent at full price. The other ring was oxidized and look like it had been worn. The quality is no longer there and when you want to make a return because of a defective item they don’t let you anymore, you’re stuck with it. I am very disappointed in Pandora. i’ve spent so much money with you guys. I just expect a little bit better of Customer Service.

Disconnection between online and in store purchase. Had to call several stores and and when to 2 stores. Parkplace mall horrible service, no attempt to help besides sorry we can’t! Service was better @ Tucson mall but I feel they couldn’t done a much better job since the beginning of the the transaction. We are not paying 5 dlls for a charm!

Went in for a bracelet and a charm. I went in, and the associates were out, one was occupied and the other was just wondering around. No one offered the help, afterwards an older lady came in and she got help Immediately, a third associate came out and I stood waiting and waiting until finally one of them turned around and went oh you are waiting, which I was since I entered the store. I normally go to this store because of the service But this experience is making me rethink coming back here.

I had purchased a couple of items previously and because I already had those I went to exchange ur associates would not help me with the discount I had received very rude and did not care and said they could not do anything tucson mall tucson arizona

Associate was rude, no empathy at all. Waited in line for about 15 minutes forgot masks then was told I was going to have t make line again. She didn’t seem like she wanted to help us.

The staff is very unwelcoming. The person assisting me find my items was overall rude. When i was attempting to insert my credit card on the machine she pushed it towards me in a very irritated manner as if she was rushing me. Additionally while i was in line people were not following social distancing guidelines and the staff didn’t even care. Even while I was in line right before going into the store the staff was literally talking to one another taking their time before letting us in and no, they were not doing anything productive as they were conducting their conversation.

I am very disappointment with Pandora, I went from mexico to Tucson to change a bracelet with a defectous clasp and instead of receiving an apology I receiving a very bad treatment of the dependent, she changed it but but she did not want to change it for a bracelet of same Price just different design, I think it is the least that she could have done after having sold me a defective bracelet and I had to return from Mexico to change it. :(

I was highly satisfied with my experience. There was a particular bracelet that I wanted and at first I was advised they did not have it in my size; however, the associate stated she had received a new shipment and would check. After checking, she found that there was a bracelet just my size. I was extremely happy and I am definitely going to return to this Pandora store and purchase additional items in the future.

The associate argued about a sale that was going on. I had $155 of merchandise and the sale stated $150 or More to get a 25% off and she argued that I had to get $200 so it can total $150. I showed her the same sale on line and she continued to say online sales are different.
