Pandora Jewelry

My 11yo son bought a Pandora charm for my birthday online and lost it in his bedroom. He had a picture on his phone. The sales associate helped him find it in the store and treated him like a real customer. She helped him keep it secret from me since it was a present, even though I was paying. She also talked to him and listened to him talk a mile a minute while I looked at and picked out clips for my bracelet. The sales girl who helped me was great, the one who helped my son was amazing.

The saleswomen were so knowledgeable of there products and friendly.When they didn't have the charm at their location. They went above and beyond to make sure I left their store happy. Which I did!

I was really excited to by buying my Harry Potter bracelet which is also my first piece of jewelry from Pandora. The associate who helped me seemed almost as excited as I was! It made it a lot more fun she was great!

I love the collection of Harry Potter you have. I was able to get Hogwarts and the detail is incredible. I am very happy with my Charm.
