When I went into the store they were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for right away and also were able to help me find out what size bracket I would need and fill out a paper that way if someone came in to buy me something they would have an idea of what I like.

Associates were very friendly , helpful and patient. I also happened to LEAVE one of my charms at the store . I was still walking around in the mall when I received a phone call from the Associate telling me I had left my charm on the counter ! Needless to say, I told her I would be right there...She had the charm in a little plastic bag waiting for me ! I was VERY IMPRESSED - a VERY HONEST staff ! I couldn't thank them enough Thank you !

The glass was so clean I tried to reach for a ring behind a case to try on. The glass was so clear I didn’t realize it was in a case. The sales associate Ryan was beyond helpful and showed us so many charms and bracelets and found us exactly what we were looking for.

The staff was knowledgeable.....the sales girl cleaned my bracelet and offered to arrange my charms. Informative of merchandise.
