Adriana was highly knowledgeable and courteous while helping me find several charms and clips for my bracelet. When something was out of stock she offered to order it for me for delivery to the store. She was very nice and extremely attentive while I shopped for new charms.

I had just returned from a vacation in Myrtle Beach and had seen a bracelet I wanted to buy. The store only had one and it was HUGE on me - sales woman told me it fit perfectly and it was the ONLY one she had left - I just didn't like the way it fit and decided that IF that store had the bracelet - I would go to MY PANDORA store in Wesley Chapel and see if they had it - YES they had it and YES I was right - the other saleswoman tried to sell me a bracelet that was WAY TO BIG for me. Needless, to say, I was very happy with the treatment I received from Talya C. at MY STORE>

The Shops at Wiregrass Pandora location is very clean and organized. It's incredibly easy to browse the available options and find the perfect item. The sales associate, Siham, that assisted me with my purchase was unbelievably helpful and kind, and very much knew what she was doing.

I never have an issue when I visit and the sale representatives are always helpful and pleasant.
