Everyone was extremely helpful. When there was a worker free they asked if I needed help. I was never left to my own devices.

As I entered the store I was welcomed. Within minutes the associate showed me the merchandise I wanted. The associate was attentive and friendly.

I purchased a ring in Canada.I returned here in Florida and realized the ring that I purchased in Canada was similar to two rings I already have. I returned the ring to the Wesley Chapel Pandora and they were friendly and the return was easy.

The overall experience i’ve had with Pandora has been great. We buy all my moms gifts from here for every holiday. The merchandise bought is gorgeous and never broke or been fake. Overall Pandora is a great store.

This was my first pandora purchase and the experience was amazing! Jossie at the wiregrass mall location was so patient and answered all of the questions I had and stayed with us until we decided on our pieces.

The customer service was fantastic, even though I couldn't be seen right away Emily made sure to say Hello and that she'd be right with me. I had been looking at a certain bracelet and had some question and she was very knowledgeable and recommended some great sizes. She wasn't rushing me and she was very sweet. There was also a promotion going on so I saved money as well!

These ladies always greet me well, make me feel comfortable and always have great suggestions.

I lost my old rings and wanted to replace them. When I looked online it seemed like this location had NONE of the rings I wanted it stock, but when I went it they had an incredible selection, and even the flower ring I’ve always wanted and ended up purchasing. The sales associate was lovely and let me walk out wearing the ring I was excited to purchase.

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. All three of them assisted in some form. One cleaned my bracelet while another helped checked price on a particular item. Very welcoming.
