Emily was very helpful and attentive to our questions. My daughter and husband were purchasing charms for my birthday, it was nice to receive a Happy Birthday from the store employees. My bracelet and charms were cleaned while we were there as well. It was nice to walk away with two new charms and a shining bracelet.
