While lines can be long especially during the Christmas season it is well worth the wait. The staff are friendly and had great knowledge of the different charm bracelets. My request was slightly more complicated since I wanted to exchange a bracelet for a fancier version as a gift but they handled it well.

One of the staff member assisted WHILE WE WERE IN LINE! We didn’t have to go in with the crowd of people and they were very genuine and friendly!

Sales associate was helpful. Location from where I live is 45 minutes away but, that gives me a reason for some alone time. Lol. Store is always clean. No matter the time of day.
