Carnen k took really good care if me and my mom.she show us all the charms they had. Also when asked her a question she was right there to answer it and gave us the best answer.

I love entering a Pandora location and being approached by a staff member who instantly can connect and pick up my vibe to better assist me with what my mind desires. The connection is always there and I always walk out with a little something extra based on the experience I had with the staff member.

Even the the store was kind of busy we were helped within just a few minutes,.The salesperson was quickly tuned in to our interests, was complementary to us, and enthusiastic about our focus and made appropriate suggestions. She quickly gathered items we selected and similar items we might find of interest. She was helpful beyond what we're used to.

We were waited on immediately. She had put my purchase on hold. I was shown new merchandise.
