The sales person was friendly and fast. The store was clean and only a few customers were allowed in the store, which made me feel better.

Product was available, staff very knowledgeable, took their time to make sure we were able to get everything we were after.

My wifes bracelet broke and the associate that helped me was amazing knew exactly what to do and fixed it. In and out within 5min. Thanks pandora

I had an idea of what I was looking for when I entered the store. The ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable and were able to take my vague description of what I was looking for and finding exactly what I wanted. I was there to buy a birthday present for my wife and she loved it! We will be back soon to get my daughter and daughter-in-law bracelets for Christmas.

The sales associate was very prompt when I entered the entrance, to help assist me. She was very polite, and was able to help with the problem I had with my bracelet. I really appreciated her assistance AND knowledge on the proper cleaner to use for my jewelry :-)

Stone fell out of ring I purchased 5 months ago and they replaced with a new ring without question. Awesome!
