I enjoyed the experience in Pandora because the associates were fast to attend me and help me out with getting my first bracelet. I loved how it was easy to explain what I was looking for. The associate was also very kind and helpful with my first experience in Pandora.

I purchased a Disney Mickey Locket Necklace when I was at Disney Springs during Christmas vacation. Recently, I took the necklace out of the box and when I went to open the locket to put my newly purchased charms in, when the locket slipped out of my hand and broke. I was so disappointed because I was never able to wear it! I took the piece back to the store and Darby F. was so helpful that she immediately exchanged it for another locket that she had on display! She introduced me to the clasp opener which I purchased, as well as another Minnie Mouse charm for my bracelet. I would recommend that you ask for Darby F. by name as she is so pleasant to work with. Please share this feedback with her and her manager that she has made a Pandora friend for life. PS: I am a Pandora credit card holder so I am a frequent buyer. Carla Jo Compton

I was able to get my zodiac sign charm. I was also able to get a charm for me bracelet. The lady that was helping was nice and attentive.
