At this particular location the workers were super knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had an exchange and they were super nice. We had gone to the Apothecary Gift shop that has a pandora inside and they refuse to exchange anything even if they actually have it in stock! So to find the pandora at rivertown crossings mall was a blessing! They are awesome we will definitely start shopping there instead of online unless there’s an online sale :)

Shopping at Pandora is better then shopping at jewelry stores that sell pandora. Availability of merchandise is better and exchanges are easier without a hassle.
