wish there where more option for the rose gold bracelet. Try to match a silver letter charm to the bracelet . It did not work out. But the associated that was very knowledgeable and very friendly and help.

Friendly staff and service

I’ve never been to pandora and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was quick to help me and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying something like many other stores do. Will definitely recommend pandora to a lot of people.

Went for the Harry Potter Charms, service was great, just was sold out of some of the items I wanted

The sales girl held a charm for me. She helped us find gifts for our daughter-in-laws. She was very personable too!

Overall satisfied with my experience. I am very irritated with the amt of emails I have gotten regarding this survey. I believe I received about 15. I opted out of emails in the store.
