the lady that helped us was wonderful.she was very patient with me and my 7 year old they answered all my questions that i had. one of the other ladys talked and showed my daughter a lot of different charms while i shopped for my wife. we had a great experience in your store please tell the employees that worked that night thank you for helping us

Love shopping in Grandville Rivertown Crossings Mall Pandora store! I love the selection, the welcome feeling I get when I walk through the door, and the great customer service I always receive! Its fun to shop there, honestly. So much to see, and try on. Love this store!

We were waited on right away. We were shown all of the new merchandise. We were told about new collections we might be interested in.
