We found the ring we were looking for and the staff helped with sizing. She was also patient while we were looking at other rings even though that was for a later purchase

I took advantage of Pandora's fabulous sale! The selection was great. The customer service was fantastic! I found lots of fun things to buy. I love shopping at Pandora in Grandville Michigan, I always feel as though I am a valued customer.

I had called in advance to put an item on hold and when I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. The item was waiting for me and it was quick and easy to process my exchange. The store manager was was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back!

I was disappointed that so many of the items I had hoped to buy were out of stock and not available to order. However, I was able to find one of the items at another store and it was still listed online. I ended up buying the item in the other store.
