Associate was very attentive and knowledgable of the item that I really wanted. Also pointed out a retired piece that was well in my budget for the day. Place charms on bracelet and cleaned it. Extremely helpful and courteous.

Sales associate was friendly. Lacked a little bit of knowledge, but manager was only steps away helping her. Out of stock on one item, sales associate and manager helped to order online. Two other items discontinued and couldn't get online... ☹

I love this brand. I always/only shop at the RiverTown location because of how awesome the staff is. They always treat me like I’m the only guest in the store.

From the moment I walked into the store there was a friendly, smiling Co-Manager that took her time with me and helped me find what I really wanted and she also made great recommendations to me as well!!
