Went in to take advantage of the current sale. I felt I went soon enough to have nice selection still available. Got a plus, my husband found a charm on display in the window that he liked and I bought that one as well as the three sale items I had chosen .

The transaction was simple and quick. They greeted me immediately upon walking in. Very easy process to select and purchase ahead of time online and just pick up in store.

Store was very busy and only two staff members to help. When you are spending that kind of money it is nice to not feel rushed but it is the holiday season after all.

I went there because one of my ring stone fell off and I honestly couldn’t remember the day I purchase my ring , but the girl that helped me was so nice to look it up and with that the process was much easier . I got a brand new ring thanks to her and the old one was returned . I love that Pandora is able to do that and I would keep buying from them .
