Pandora Jewelry

The store was clean, and organized. I couldn't find the earrings I was looking for but when I described them the sales associate knew exactly what I wanted and where to get them. She was very friendly and sweet.

First of all the past times I’ve gone to Pandora at Grandville mall they’ve always been so welcoming and willing to help with all questions or wants. May I also add a lot of them have great taste in jewelry and helped me find a gift there. The atmosphere there is so welcoming and kind it makes me enjoy going overall.

I live about 2 hours from this store. The ladies are always helpful and very friendly! I have always had exceptional service from this store. The only reason I wouldn’t return in 90 days is because of the distance. But I LOVE Pandora and have both my daughter in laws hooked now as well!!

Sales associate: Kennedy R Sales associate was extremely helpful and even though we wanted to see everything, she never once was rude or annoyed, we were the only ones in the store but she still was more helpful than some other employees I have encountered at that store. Super great experience!
