When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and kind words. She then asked questions about what I was looking for, and how she could help. She then gave me options and showed the new pieces as well, she was engaged and sweet.

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked into this Pandora outlet in Rivertown Mall, we had an assistant help us right away. She asked if we knew what we wanted to buy or if we were just looking, after this she pulled out multiple ring sizes for me to try on. She gave me multiple different options to try on, all the options of which I liked. This process was quick and painless, for my boyfriend especially!! I loved the help and the ring itself, will definitely be back.

First we walked into store and right away someone came up to ask us what we were looking for. Sales associate was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Very easy shipping experience, the entire process of shopping took only twenty minutes

I was the only one in the store so I had all associates attention. The merchandise is beautiful. The girls are always so friendly and helpful!

The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable with the rings for my daughter’s sixteen birthday. All the rings were available that my daughter had looked at on line. So she was able to try them on in her size and I was able to purchase it the same day.

Wonderful staff!! They were so helpful in holding the bracelet overnight as I live 40 miles from the store. Unfortunately, it was the day after the $100 sale for the free bracelet and they were not able to extend the offer to my purchase. Hoping I could at least have had the chance as my call was made on the last day of the promotion. Maybe next time. I still purchased the beautiful twinkling forever bracelet which was the reason for my call on the final date of the sale. Had I been thinking I should have made the purchase over the phone and picked up the following day. Beautiful store and the display cases were lovely!!
