Excellent customer service

I went into the store to make a purchase for my granddaughter Mj she LOVES Pandora and was very happy with her gift. She actually got three new Pandora gifts this weekend. She was over the top and quickly put them on her Pandora bracelet. Thank you making my shopping at Pandora a very nice one.

The store was clean staff were friendly. If there was a wait someone would say we’d be with you shortly

The sales associate that assisted me during my visit (Paige. S) was extremely helpful. I came in to see if i could get my ring fixed (a stone had fallen out) and she immediately looked up my name and replaced the ring right away. It was so much easier and quicker than i thought that it would take. I am highly satisfied with the service, specifically with Paige. I cannot express how quick and easy the process was; more so than any other jewelry place that i have went to. I am always satisfied with the products especially the rings (i have three so far), they stay clean and beautiful and i will continue to bring my service to the Rivertown mall Pandora. Thank you for making it a great and easy experiment!

Even though the store was very busy, we got waited on in a short time. She took time to show me every item I wanted to see. She also informed me of the jewelry box offer.

The associate was pleasant and helped me finish my bracelet. I don't live in this area, so I am not likely to return. I was visiting someone.

I have a new Grandson and I wanted to get a new charm to represent him. The sales associate was very helpful showing me the family charms . I also wanted a new one representing my lastest trip to Florida & she helped me find the perfect charm with sunglasses, wine glass & palm tree, I also ended up buying a 3rd charm for my daughter !

They helped me in all ways to decide what charm to get for my wife.

I love the customer service that I received. The fact that pandora had a great mother’s day special going on and the cookies that were given out was very delicious
