My item I wanted was easy to find. The sales person was extremely helpful. There was a wide range of items available

The selection of charms available was more than expected. The staff was friendly and courteous. They greeted me as I walked into the store even though they were both helping other customers. Store was easy to find in the Rivertown Crossings Mall

I needed to exchange a bracelet I had received for a larger size. The sales associate Lisa, was extremely helpful in locating the item in the proper size and transacting the exchange.

I was looking for initial beads. They had an “s” but not an “H”. So was advised how to find one. The sales assistant put the bead on my bracelet. Very nice!
