I stopped in to take advantage of the "Save More Event" Pandora was offering. Paige S took care of me. She is very knowledgeable about the product, and was extremely helpful. This is a great way to buy Pandora, at a great price.

Love the product! I get great customer service at Pandora in Grandville Michigan. I always shop with Paige S, she is very professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. I wear my Pandora all of the time. Love it all!

The associate was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific item and it was available. The associate gave me a new catalog when I asked if they had them, even though they had just received them and weren't out yet.

This is the only location in where customer service is taken very professionally. I’ve gone to another pandora store located in the city. It was my first time entering the pandora store to select a gift for myself from my boyfriend and well whenever I would ask a question or speak it wasn’t responded with a smile, no welcome, and it was very short and serious.

Overall everything was great except that there were only 2 employees and the wait time was insane I waited over 30 minutes for an associate to help me
