I had received a bracelet for my birthday from a friend. The bracelet was large on me, but I had no idea that there were different sizes so I was just going to live with it. I went into the store to get 2 clips and the associate noticed how large the bracelet was on me and exchanged it for a size that fit me. I didn't even have to ask! She then helped me out with 2 clips and 2 spacers that were all on sale. She was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. I am beyond satisfied! Amy Jo
