Always happy, the girls are always very helpful aside from a couple girls that I do not allow to assist me with my purchases.

I was visiting the area and my daughter took me to the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though there were a number of other customers in the store. I would definitely stop at this store again when I am in the Grand Rapids area.

Multiple sales associates said hello when you walked in the store and made you feel welcome. There was plenty of inventory. The trip was quick and didn’t take a long time.

I came in because I ordered a ring on the Pandora website on November 27. As of today (December 13, I still have not gotten a shipping notice, no answer to my email and the phone leaves a message to call back later they are too busy. So, I went to the store at our local mall. They did not have the same ring in the size I needed for a gift that I needed to mail out for Christmas so I picked out a different. Ring. Very unhappy with Pandora as a whole with the no communication and not shipment of the ring that I ordered almost three weeks ago. Not sure if I still will receive it or not.

Friendliness of the associate. The patience while I built my jewelry. She was not trying to up sale me.

I was highly satisfied because the associate addressed me as soon as I walked it. I told her specifically what I was looking for and she took me directly to it. I made my selection and was out in a flash.

I was in the store for a period of time and the sales associate never grew impatient or made me feel rushed. She remained friendly and professional.

The sales rep noticed my bracelet was too big (it had been a gift) and had a kink and immediately suggested that she replace it. Then she showed me lots of choices once she knew my price range comfort level. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The employees were very friendly and helpful! This was my first time at a Pandora store so I had a few questions and the lady who worked with me was very kind and answered them all. I enjoyed this store and appricated the space they gave me to look around and come to them with questions.
