I loved the friendliness of the woman we worked with. She tried her best to give us the best prices she could and she told us about the veterans day discount because my boyfriend is in the military. She was very helpful and made my first pandora experience great!

Salesperson knew where the charm I wanted was located right away. She also showed me other merchandise I was curious about.

I was greeted by Paige shortly after entering the store asking how she could assist me. I had a bangle bracelet that I wanted to find a bead that I could put on the end so that it could be left open. She tried several different styles on the end of the bracelet helping me to choose the one I liked best. She also took the time to show me the holiday collection and to answer questions that I had about these products. I will continue to return to this location to purchase product as I have always had excellent customer service and pleasant experiences. These women should be recognized for representing the Pandora brand so well!

The ladies were very kind and when I asked for ideas of the bead I wanted they had ideas and showed me several options.

They were able to give me the assistance I needed and show me options. However I was disappointed that the charm I came in for was discontinued. But the sales associate was awesome to suggest other options for it though.
