I was told I had to wait outside the store until an associate could help me due to Black Friday. I was there on Monday at noon, I didn’t even know there was a sale on. Now that I think about it I might have purchased something that cost more. I don’t normally go to jewelry stores.

I feel that the chain in general is missing the boat when they have people wait in line outside. Only store in the entire mall that does this.

I was meet at the door and asked what I needed. (I was glad I had the bracelet my daughter wanted pulled up on my phone) I was then allowed to enter. The sales girl did not allow me to look around .I’m not sure if this was do to COVID or theft. ( nobody wore a mask)

I was not highly satisfied only because Pandora does not carry smaller ring sizes and they didn't have the ring I wanted in my actual size but I still left with a purchase and will have to find somewhere else who can resize my ring

I would have liked to see more options available in my size. Also it takes a while at checkout for sales person to locate each item in catalog and scan bar code.

sales person was not really helpful. when I asked questions about certain items. she was not very knowledgeable about the items. really did explain other options to my mom and I.

The store itself could have better sound dampening. It was so loud with normal speech of others.

Sales Associates only bring out one piece at a time. I want to see all my options when I go in. Example rose gold charms.
