Because I felt rushed and they didn’t have the charm I was looking for. And the sales associate seems like she could careless about receiving my business.

I felt that they didn't have a large selection to pick from and the prices ok n the charms were alittle high...

Had to wait outside store for 25 minutes because 2 customers in store. Once inside, was asked to wait while employee went in back room. Meanwhile, other people in line were greeted and helped while we waited for associate to return. Employee on phone not helping customers or acknowledging customers.

Beautiful selections, well organized and pleased with the swiftness and pace of the wait in line! Only thing that threw me off a bit was the associate who helped us, who’s name I can’t remember. She just seemed off, not into what she was doing, she was quite pushy about items, and didn’t seemed very thrilled to be there.

I felt rushed while I was in the store. The associate didn't make me feel appreciated.

Out of all the location in my area this is the best store!!

The associate was not very knowledgeable. She did not know to open the floating locket and had to ask the other associate what 50% of $150 was. OMG really? I had to show her how to open the locket and tell her it was $75. I had waited a long time to get into the store as they were clearly understaffed and told her I was in a hurry as my husband was waiting in the car but she persisted in putting the necklaces away from the two lockets I bought and the petites back that were in the lockers in bought that I already owned. It was painful when I knew my husband wanted to get going from the mall.

Not a lot of charms to choose from And long wait in line

The service was great. I was waited on by the store manager and she was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient and attentive. The whole staff was great. I would recommend people to go to that location.
