Only because long line due to covid rules and nothing was wiped down in between customers. 6 feet apart was not enforced or people wearing masks. Staff was compliant, customers not.

The first associate who helped me didn’t seemed interested at all was very “whatever” about the situation and made me feel uncomfortable the second associate I think her name was brisa was amazing super nice and helped me pick the perfect ring to stack :)

While I love my bracelet, and things have always been resolved, I have had multiple issues with it and that in itself is very frustrating.

I’m not highly satisfied because the bracelet I wanted was very difficult to open. They were also low stock on that specific item. Other than that everything else was fine.

When I went to the pandora store I wasn’t highly satisfied due to the selection. They didn’t have as many charms as I would have liked to see. It’s not anyone’s fault I know it gets busy during the holiday seasons.

Customer service is very important and the sales person was very welcoming. They were able to find me what I was looking for. They were knowledgable of what I was looking for as well.

Came in for 2 specific charms. Store had both charms. Bought both. Quick and easy trip since they had what I wanted in stock.
