The service was great. I was disappointed because the charm I wanted was out of stock. I thought there would be more Dumbo charms available.

Didnot have charms I was looking for

The person helping us, didn't seem very happy. Some of the charms were not where they should have been, wrong charms under displayed charm.

I was surprised when the necklace I was looking for online was in a baggie that was in a bin under the counter. It wasn’t on display anywhere in the store, and it’s a popular necklace. When I’d walked in the store previously, I walked out because I didn’t see much on display. Please have all of your products on display in a case. 😊

The ease of checking out is slow. The sales associate was good, but she had to find everything in the book to scan the barcodes.
