I’m just never highly satisfied with anything because nothing is ever perfect. Over all my experience at this pandora store was good, I have nothing to complain about.

Didn’t feel welcome here. I know it was holiday season but I felt more like a problem then a customer. They should have been better staffed. The merchandise I was looking for I couldn’t even get to so I could look before I needed help. And then what I wanted which I was told would work ended up not working. Was disappointed.

When you have been standing there waiting and no one said to sign in. 15 min..someone says something. And other people get waited on before you.

When I entered the store no sale sssociates bothered to ask me if they could help me. I waited in line at the check out counter to be helped (I had already called in advance and had my items on hold for me) but still no one helped me. Finally I had to ask a sales associate to help me while she was walking away from the check out counter.
