I was disappointed that I was not offered the lobster clasp. I was under the assumption that they were all out until I called the following day to find out that they were not. The rep told me that they don’t recommend it. If they don’t recommend it why sell it?

The assistant was helpful, but not very clear on the questions I asked about a certain charm. I went to Pandora to find out that a charm that I wanted was retired, but it happens. I bought a bracelet and it is perfect!

We had to wait 10-15 minutes to have an associate help us. It was a Saturday night around 8 (our mall closes at 9). Didn't think it would be that busy.

The in-store experience was fine but the online store was terrible. We had placed an order online for multiple Harry Potter charms but 2 of them were canceled due to being out of stock and then the one my wife really wanted was missing from the order and we received a charm we didn't order. We contacted your support and they told us the one we were missing was out of stock so they couldn't reship it.

The sales associate had zero personality, and she acted like helping me was the last thing in the world she wanted to be doing. I’ve been shopping at Pandora for years for my wife and I’ve never once had a rude sales associate but this girl was the exception. Not impressed, and not a great look for Pandora when you have the potential for people to come in and drop a boatload of money on expensive jewelry for their significant other.

The rep seemed to be very much in a hurry. We were the only customers and she rushed us out of the store, even after I said I wanted to look more.
