I did not feel welcomed by the employee. I felt like I being an annoyance more than anything. The employee did not make small talk nor engage with me during the purchase. My experience was way more friendlier at the Pandora at Woodland Mall than at the Rivertown Pandora. I feel like I was looked at as just another transaction.

My husband bought me the new pendant ring and a chain. Before we left the store, he also purchased a charm for me. Between the two purchases, we spent well over the amount posted to receive a free promotional gift. Despite my husband saying something, the promotional item was never acknowledged or offered to us. I wear Pandora almost every day. I have many bracelets and charms and love the memories they represent. I reorganize my charms to go with the seasons. It isn’t even that I wanted the item, it just ended up contributing to a sense of just being a sale rather than a committed returning customer. Before the opening of the Pandora store, we always shopped at Jareds. It wasn’t perfect, but at least we felt like a valued customer, they had a record of my purchases and acknowledged my commitment to the Pandora brand.

not sure if it was because the associate was busy, but she never gave us the box the necklace went in. I did wear it out, but I thought we would at least receive the box to put it away.

The sales associate was rude and short with me. It was obvious she was just trying to get thru the sign in sheet and on to the next customer. She never once smiled or thanked me.

The cost was higher than what was in the pandora book, was offered % off other places but not at this Pandora location. Purchased as I wanted a safety chain

I thought your marketing campaign totally duped me. Radio advertisements stating up to 35% off only to get there and that's only if you spend $500 or more. Absurd that you had to spend $150 just to get 20% off. Not impressed.

You need more help if people want to spend an hour with a staff member, I knew what I wanted and could have been in and out.

I purchased a Pandora charm bracelet for my granddaughter years ago. I went into the store to purchase a charm for her upcoming wedding in July. Do you know that you do not even sell any charms relating to marriage. How is this even possible. The poor assistant kept trying me to buy a heart charm. No, i do not want to buy a heart charm for my grand daughters wedding. I ended up buying a family tree charm. But honestly, how do you sell charms for all the special events in your life and do not even carry a single wedding charm. Very dissappointed in the Pandora product.

I had to “wait” to walk in the store with no explanation as to why I couldn’t just walk in. The store entry was blocked

The dissatisfaction comes from the fact that for months you have been the only store in the entire mall that has been closed to access by any more than one person at a time.
