Bc the sales person did not know what she was doing . I wanted rose gold she did not know where the charms were and gave me no recpiet and I need to return it .

When I arrive to the store it was already two customer in the inside I understand that they were only allowing two people but what I did not like and I repeat it was not great customer service to not acknowledge the other customers. They could have said I will be with you guys in a minute. We didn’t know if it was a private event was the store open to the public or anything because they did not acknowledge us. That I did not like, customer service is everything to me and my money is worth everything and that right there let me know who I want to spend my money with. I started to go online because that’s one thing I do not like Poor customer service.

La señora que me atendió fue muy amable sin embargo la manager se me hizo un poco racista se me quedaba viendo como si no pudiera comprar los artículos y había un problema con el sistema y mi tarjeta no pasaba y ella muy grosera me dijo dice fondos insuficientes y lo dijo muy loud me dio mucha pena porque yo se que eso eta un error

I come to this particular store because they have what I'm looking for 95% of the time. The thing I do not like is the fact that I feel rushed whenever I come in. The store is never crowded, but the associate always rushes me out of the store.

I received a new bracelet and charm plus the stoppers and both seem to be defected. I brought them back to the store. To tell my story, But the manager had know Ideal of what to do so we called corporate I was hung up on and it took more than an hour to get things resolved. Ended up receiving an exchange but the others had to be shipped. To make the long story short. My bracelet and stoppers kept snapping off. And I lost my stoppers eventually and almost the bracelet.

Felt like I was being rushed, wasn’t allowed to look at many charms. Seems like she was more focused on getting me in and out as fast as possible. Wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience as usual

I was charged twice. I had to order a bracelet and recieved the wrong one. It wasn’t even the right size and then got charged for the charm that was supposed to be free. So I went back to the original store and the sales associate tried to blame everyone else which was very unprofessional to me. She should have tried to fix things things for me instead. I ended up going to a different store at Rivertown crossings and that sales associate was wonderful and helped me out. However this was a lot of work just for one bracelet I’m not sure if I would bother getting anything else from pandora if it’s always like this.

I did not feel too welcomed at this store tonight. My first time in this store was a week to two weeks ago, and it was good. Tonight, was not as good of a experience. Received a plastic bag for my box, nothing wrapped or asked to be wrapped nicely. Was given a box for my ring, and the girl put the charm on the bracelet, but other than that, not as good as expected.

The sales lady in the first Pandora store rushed when sizing my 13 yr daughter on her first ring size. We ended up having to return it for another size. We had to wait for a long time to exchange the ring. The new sales lady still did not seem knowledgeable on the sizing.
