Stood around for over 20 minutes waiting for an associate to help me, while they were just chatting away and not paying attention. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Totally felt rushed through the process and ultimately I was very very disappointed.

the saleswoman was very RACIST, RUDE and did not show me the things that I asked for and simply said they are over, she also said that there was no bracelet of my size and she only gave me a choice between 3 when I saw more on the counter, I told her that he wanted to see more charms and he went straight to the register to make the payment. this happened in the river town michigan mall and the saleswoman name was Blanca.

They had a promotional sign for a snake bracelet $149 - we were window shopping through the mall and my son wanted to get this for his mother. So, we wait in line for it - the store had not opened yet. Then we get in and the salesperson says "oh we are sold out of that" - my question to her was - why is the promo sign still out - and why haven't you placed a sticky note on the sign saying it is sold out?- were were the third persons in the store - it had just opened so they had not sold out during the day. So, she proceeded to do an "up sale" - this is a classic "bait and switch". VERY UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. And of course out came the more expensive items... This tells me that Pandora will do anything to get a sale - this is a corporate model in my opinion -not a local store issue - or maybe a commission issue. I also asked what is your substitute - response was "we do not do that". Then I asked her to call another store - her response ' "no -they won't answer anyway..." Then I asked - are you going to put a note on you sign indicated that this is sold out - If looks could kill - I would be dead.

I brought my neighbor girls and their father to the store to purchase a Mother's day gift for their mother. (Ages 7 and 9). I had called 15 minutes prior to reching the store to ask about the free braclet with a $150.00 purchase and was told they still had plenty left. Upon being greeted at the entrance of the store, I told the sla person why we were looing for and want to get one of the free braclets and the girls would pick out charms for their mother. She directed us to look at a display set up for Mother's Day and said we might want to pick out one of the gift boxes which was done. We looked, but not wahat we came for. We continued to look in the counters for charms so each girl could pick out a charm or two. The lady was not pleased with us and acted as though we were a problem for her. She wasa rude to the girls and theiir father by addressing me only and not even speaking to them. When they as to see a certain charm, she ignoted them and I needed to tell her for them to see it close up. She then said they were out of the free braclets, which was a lie as I went back to the store an hour and a half later and they had some. Terrible experience!!!

Sales Associate didn’t seem interested in what I wanted and was very short with me. I had to keep asking for merchandise.
