Online shopping,lost invoice but had email confirmation and was able to exchange bracelet for a smaller size

First our associate was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She greeted us with a smile and stayed with us through the entire purchase since I kept becoming indecisive. She was very patient and offered various sizes to accommodate me made sure I was satisfied with what we chose. I was very surprised how knowledgeable she really was. I wasn’t just a commission to her.

The staff was very friendly and was willing to work with me in regards to wrapping my purchase. They also explained how exchanging an item works and what is necessary to complete the transaction! I’m very likely to return
