Julissa is an amazing associate/ Store Manager!! This was a gift for my beautiful wife and she listened and helped walk me thru the entire process!! My wife loves it!! Julissa is also great at sales I didn't receive feel the receipt!

Even when they ran out of the charm I was specifically buying for, they offer me some others that were super cute and offered to clean my pandora bracelet! They were not afraid to tell me recommendations of charms and I liked it!
