The wait was very long, and there was not alot of merchandise to choose from.

The associate wasn’t very friendly and looked semi annoyed but one of the other associates was extremely kind and seemed like she enjoyed working!

Sales associate was apprehensive to show merchandise, even after asked to see different trays. I kept getting the same question, do you know what you want? I would say "no" please show me another tray. She would say, "Do you know what you want?" When I replied something in Rose Gold, she would ask the same question. We were going round in cicles and were ready to leave. She didn't even have a name tag. That is when Oscar, a manager came over and intervened in the situation. I thanked him and told him that I was very glad that he had come over, because my husband and I were ready to leave. I have been collecting Pandora for a while and he noticed right away. He knew the right questions to guide our shopping experience, we even left home with a couple of extra charms for Mother's Day not just my birthday charm.

I was pretty satisfied with the service I was given. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the merchandise I was purchasing and made my purchase (exchange) very accommodating. Thank you for your services!

There was a limited selection of pandora bracelet charms than i would have wanted to see. I also felt pressured to make a decision quickly by the worker helping me out.

I had to ask for assistance after being in store for 15min. I’m not sure if they were all super busy helping other customers but I felt invisible.

There had been a very long wait and disorganized waiting queue for customers to get into. Employees were scattered throughout not having an efficient way to get customers in and out. A lot of customers surrounding the store agitated due to wait.

I love the store, but the waiting time is sometimes insane. Lastly the temperature inside the store was crazy hot. Made me want to leave!
