They didn’t have some of the items we chose that were on display. Also, there was a sale of some kind going on that we didn’t learn about until after we made our purchase. The sales associate didn’t tell us and it could have saved us almost $70.

CON-Asked 3 or more diffrent items all of wich were not sold in store. Dissapointed online coupon only available for redemption online and not in store. Told only mailers good for in store. PRO-store rep was helpful and friendly .

I loved the associate that assisted me because out of about 7 employees she was the only one that actually assisted me since the others didn’t even acknowledge my presence , I spend a lot of money on pandora and feel like I was judged at the door and wasn’t even helped until Hannah came over to help me. All customers should be treated equally as you don’t know who is here to make serious purchases. No room to be made feel less than.

I went to buy a charm for my cousin and the service was quick and easy! The worker was wonderful. I bought a draw string bracelet like 2 months ago and it completely got loose on me, that was the only upsetting part that they couldn’t do anything about it and that “those bracelets are known for that” so now im stuck with a broken bracelet i can’t even wear.

Had to ask for assistance more than twice. No line a outside the store. That would’ve been better service. After asking for help the associate just laughed and said to wait for someone to be available. Then they greeted a friend and assisted him and not me.
