The store was very busy and only 3 sales agents. 7 people in front of me. 4 sales agents when I arrived but 1 left when the store was very busy leaving only 3 associates.

Por que ponen promoción de en la compra de 150 te damos un brazalete y al llegar resulta que no hay así q colores eso o el.doble no hay la promoción a la q se supone que tienen y eso esta mal.y es falsedad en sus marketing

It’s awesome to see that you can collect cool charms of moments of your life. And also characters and memorabilia of shows and movies. And the fact that they are made of silver and gold it’s even better.

The store needs more merchandise availability and needs the lines to run faster. The store needs more employees in order for the process to be fast! Also they need to chance the glass so we can see the product better!

La persona que me atendió no fue amable y no conocía la mercancía, incluso no compré unos aretes por los que yo iva por que los que tenía en el mostrador eran los dos de el lado izquierdo y ella insistía que así eran y no es verdad por qué yo ya los he comprado en dos ocasiones pera regalarlos a familiares y es uno derecho y otro izquierdo, pero ya no quise insistirle y terminé comprando otros que me gustaron.

I can't say I wasn't satisfied; I understand why the change was made but not having my pandora card on me and not being able to use my SS# I left store with less jewelry I wanted.
