Needs more product shown, needs clear glass, so we can see jewelry, glass was so badly scratched.

Me dieron los aretes de el mismo lado y era un regalo, me los Acaban de regresar, tendré que ir a la tienda de nuevo para que me lo resuelvan

Apparently, they only allow 1 person per associate. It’s hard to look at any selection on products since you have to wait in a line outside. I wanted to speed up the process by looking online to see what I could purchase, but found out that many items online, are not available in store. I spent more time that would’ve liked trying to make a purchase.

The service I received from the young lady was amazing! Her name is Amber S. The Problem is the long wait to enter and make a purchase. Wait time was over 30 minutes. I know thing are not the same but I think that is a bit too much.
