The associate took too much of our time It’s the speeding process and the store was not full

I had to wait a long time in line before entering the store. The charm I was looking for was no longer in the store.

The selection of merchandise was not satisfactory and very limited. Given that this store is the only one in the area that I am aware of, the selection should be extensive.

The jewelry piece I wanted was not available at the front counter so it took a little bit longer than expected waiting for the ring but overall, great service, the sales associate was helpful and knew how to help.

The person that helped us seemed very impatient. we were looking for a June birthstone and then decided to change the item and she would roll her eyes and just seemed really annoyed. We ended up getting irritated and just wanted to pay and get out of the store.

Everyone was helpful but no one went above and beyond in their customer service. I have no complaints but I was not “wow” with the service.
