The sales associate that I had was not very informative on the earrings. Her tone of voice was not as friendly and welcoming. If it would’ve been it would’ve encouraged me to spend more, but she was just monotone in her voice

I had a great visit to the store. I had never been inside the store, but due to COVID there were some restrictions. We weren't allowed to walk around the store, which was understandable, but there were other customers who were allowed to walk around so I don't know why they were and I was not.

It took a significant amount of effort to finally have the manager agree to exchange our product for a different one. But at the end, I am grateful that it was resolved to my satisfaction.

My bracelet had to be exchanged because it would open while wearing it. Also Ive been having issues with a charm because one of the stones keeps falling off and another one has a pink piece and it falls off

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the availability of products and accessories. The price points for what I was looking for.

Because of this ridiculous pandemic we were unable to look around the store so I miss that part of the experience , I love that we have a store in El Paso I just wish they had more of a selection .. I like to see the product in hand and I like to be able to give my money to the local area instead of ordering online. I enjoyed seeing retired items at Jared stores but they took it out, so a little disappointed about that.

Long wait outside the store, which I understand is for our safety, but once we got in... I understood why people were lasting too long inside the store, the sales associate didn't even greet us she just straight up offered us a credit card to which we agreed but the process was way too long
