I went to return an item & I wanted to get another and she made a rudely comment that it was pricy like if I could pay for it I got upset

I found a charm online & it said it was available at cielo vista. Once I got there it was more expensive than online & they said they couldn’t honer their online price.

I purchased a bracelet yesterday during my visit. It broke in less than 24 hours

There was no hand sanitizer in the store that I saw and especially handling jewelry I decided to use my own. The associate was not very talkative and just seemed to do the bare minimum but since I knew what I wanted I kind of disregarded that

It was really nice, I ordered a wrong size ando went to the store, they were so nice with all the process, thank you

When I called for information on a charm that I saw online to confirm/pick up in store, the sales associate was a little agitated. She stated the website wasn’t updated and didn’t know why it was showing up. So I moved on to a different charm and she was helpful at that point. Nathaniel did help me in store and was attentive and helpful.

There wasn’t a whole selection of the Disney charms available. However, I had visited a day after mother's Day so I expected their inventory to be lower. It wasn't a big deal, it was a spontaneous visit anyway.
