My rating Pandora, not this particular Pandora store, as anything less than "Highly Satisfied" relates to my financial thriftiness. I understand that I am buying jewelry, and a well-known jewelry brand. However, when purchasing a charm braclet and many charms, all to tell a cohesive story to wife, the price adds up quickly. In addition, there is no military discount. I love the pieces, and I know that my wife will too. I just like savibg money. Leslie isn't the problem. She is a kind, respectful and helpful member of Pandora's staff. I hope that she goes far with your organization, and that her work ethic is handsomely rewarded.

Salesperson was polite, but not really anxious to sell more merchandise and was not very forthcoming to show me more merchandise. I was shown very limited merchandise and she was quick to get me to the register when I was willing and wanting to purchase more merchandise. She also noticed my Pandora jewelry but did not offer to clean it for me as other associates have in the past.

The selection of earrings that were available was disappointing. I had to settle fo what was available because the items in the catalog were not available. There should be a list displayed that identifies what items were out of stock. One sales assistant was very rude to a customer by raising her voice to say the counter space was going to be used. They used a list to attend to customers but this wasn’t until they were already in the store. This list should’ve been outside the store so as customers walked in they knew to sign in and don’t go to the counters because the sales assistants were using that space.
