Pandora Jewelry

The salesperson seemed bothered and not too willing to help. I currently own a Pandora bracelet that is full and asked her to please clean it. At the same time we were asking to look at different charms to get my second bracelet started. Her reply was " I can only do one at a time. Which one do you want me to do?" I didn't appreciate her comment.

I didn’t find the ring I was looking for.

I purchased the new bracelet but they did not have my size so i have to return it when the correct size comes in

Nothing stood out. I went shopping for my wife and saw what I knew she wanted. The staff was helpful.

Both times I have visited the Cielo Vista Pandora store, I felt like the girls were not very friendly. They seemed a little cold and not to eager to help or offer suggestions. I work in customer service so I know how to greet and help customers. Other than that the store looks great and I love the merchandise.

The salesperson gave me a bigger size, saying I could exchange it in other location (I live in Chihuahua, MEX).. here in Chihuahua they didnt have the size either and were little friendly about the solution. So I would have to SEND the bracelet I bought in EL PASO back, until they have the right size in stock.

They did not have the bracelet size I needed. I had to settle for a smaller size. The bracelets were mixed together so I had to keep trying one by one to find the right size. They ran out of some of the Minnie mouse petites as well.

It was very different from my first visit. The sales associate was not knowledgeable about the merchandise. If she was new then someone should have been with her to help the sale go smoother.
